Fuding sliced meat

Ingredients: 300g pork, shredded ginger, ice water110g, 250g cassava starch.

Exercise:

pork cutlets

Add shredded ginger, cooking wine, a little salt and pepper.

Beat to a pulp

Add ice water and stir for one minute.

Add cassava starch and stir well.

Refrigerate for half an hour
