Hello everyone!

First of all, I am glad that X always gives me this opportunity to express my feelings. Thank you, General Manager X, for your support and affirmation of my work in the past year!

The 20** years full of opportunities have quietly left us. In the past year, we have been working hard for our company, our family and ourselves. No matter what the process is, it took us a year to get the final result. Obviously, our performance is also gratifying!

I feel very lucky for the evaluation of this advanced individual award, which is the product of sweat and hard work, the performance of my dedication to the company and the recognition of my work by the leaders! Of course, this does not mean that many colleagues' behind-the-scenes efforts have been in vain. The company belongs to everyone, and efforts should also depend on everyone's efforts. Here, first of all, thank you for your help and support in my work. Every achievement I have made is the result of everyone's great help and encouragement. Thank you for your selfless voting for me, which gave me the opportunity to stand on the podium today and accept this extremely glorious award. At the same time, I would like to thank the leaders and the organizers of the conference for their preference and choice, which gave me the opportunity to stand here today and give my acceptance speech.

Below, I will use this extremely precious time to share with you my little feelings in the work of party history. That is:

I am a recruit in the work of party history. Before that, I worked in the hospital administration department for several years. Hard-working, advanced year by year, good unit salary benefit, envied by many relatives and friends. But as a person who likes writing, there is always a knot in my heart, a dream that has never been realized, and I always feel that my specialty can be better played. In 20 years, I stepped into the threshold of party history. Many friends can't understand my choice. However, I know what I need, and that is a platform that can realize the writer's dream. In my heart, there has always been a voice calling, as a writer, where are your works? So, I gave up the cup without hesitation and chose the party history work where I can go home to drink porridge, read books and write every day after work. Of course, for people who have too many social parties, it is also a very happy thing to go home and drink a bowl of hot porridge at night. From feeling the scale of the national and regional party history work conference to seeing so many leaders and departments attending this conference today, I am more convinced that my choice is correct. The work of party history is also very important, and the cause of party history is also very dry. Speaking of which, I suddenly remembered an inappropriate advertisement: don't choose expensive ones, just choose the right ones! Yes, I have no regrets about choosing the history of the party! I chose the history of the party only because I have a dream in my heart. More than 20 years of work experience tells me that as long as I have a dream in life, I will work harder. That's because dreams will inspire us to change the status quo and create brilliance through our own subjective efforts.

Choose the history of the party, I enjoy my happy work. When I came to the party history, in addition to the daily work of the secretarial section, according to my specialty, the leader also arranged for me to be responsible for the editing of "A quick look at Qinzhou events". A quick look at Qinzhou events is an internal publication that mainly records Qinzhou events. I use the knowledge and experience I gained when I worked as a reporter and editor for a daily newspaper for ten years. Together with my colleagues, I carefully edited and carved each issue of the journal, striving to accurately include the latest historical information of the party today, and strive to achieve the purpose of "accurately preserving history, educating senior officials, exchanging information and promoting work", which has been affirmed and encouraged by all parties.

I often regard work as my career, so sometimes, although I am very tired and bitter, I get happiness. For example, last year was the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the Party History Research Office of the Autonomous Region arranged a special study on the history of the city-a special study on the 60-year ruling of the China Party in Qinzhou. This task later fell to me, a novice in party history. After accepting the task, I settled down to explore the historical truth of the party's 60 years in power in Qinzhou. After more than two months' efforts, this paper combs the party's working ideas and development strategies in different periods in Qinzhou and draws a conclusion. That is: China's * * * production party has been in power in Qinzhou for 60 years, that is, it has sought the development of Qinzhou for 60 years, led the people of Qinzhou to pursue a happy life for 60 years, and has always held good government and power for the people for 60 years. Over the past 60 years, successive Party committees in Qinzhou have always led the people of Qinzhou to conform to the development trend of the times, carry forward the "Qinzhou spirit" and explore a development road that is in line with Qinzhou's reality and takes off. This road is the way to Dagang! Then, I wrote this achievement into a 27,000-word special report on "The Road to Dagang" and compiled a book "Soaring Guangxi", which was affirmed by the leaders and praised by the editors. I also enjoyed the happiness of a party history worker.

Publicizing and popularizing party history education is a work to be strengthened nationwide. As far as Qinzhou is concerned, the existing historical materials of revolutionary struggle are mostly millions of words, but the print run is generally only one or two thousand copies. Therefore, although their contents are very rich, they are not easy for ordinary citizens to read, and the people therefore know little about the history of the Qinzhou Party, and the task of popularization still has a long way to go. How to change this situation? How to innovate this work? I put forward the idea of inviting famous writers in the city to write a concise and popular book on party history with the help of external forces, which was recognized and valued by the leaders. Last year, it was included in a series of activities to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC). After more than a year of compilation, revision and proofreading, a book that is easy to understand, lively, comprehensive and accurate and reflects the glorious course of Qinzhou's revolutionary history has been compiled, and another achievement is ready to come. Seeing that my work achievements have been recognized one after another and my dreams have been realized one after another, my heart is full of happiness and a sense of accomplishment.

Achievements belong to the past, and efforts are still needed in the future. In a few days, the new year will come. The new year will usher in the 90th anniversary of the founding of our great Party. On this rare special day, I will continue to maintain my exuberant spirit and full enthusiasm for work, dedicate my intelligence to the cause of party history, and work with comrades to do a better job in tomorrow's party history!
