Legal aspects of the right to portrait

According to Chapter 4 of Title IV of the Civil Code, "Rights of Personality", "The Right to Portrait", "A natural person has the right to a portrait, and has the right to make, use, disclose or authorize the use of his/her portrait in accordance with the law. "

The main contents of the right to portrait include: I. Portraits include images, sculptures, paintings and so on.

Three, without the consent of the owner of the portrait right, shall not produce, use or publicize the portrait of the owner of the portrait right, except as otherwise provided by law.

V. If there is any dispute between the parties over the understanding of the terms of the portrait license contract regarding the use of portraits, the interpretation shall be made in favor of the portrait right holder.
