Is Lanzhou beef noodles easy to learn?

Lamian Noodles is mainly energetic. I don't think it is difficult. I grew up in Lanzhou. Now I have eaten beef noodles while traveling outside before going to school in Qingdao, but I just feel that the taste is not as good as Lanzhou. People there say that the water outside may be different from that in Lanzhou.
