On the one hand, it can wash away the floating dust attached to tea during production and transportation. More importantly, Liubao tea belongs to post-fermentation tea, and there is a retting process in the production process. The purpose of awakening tea is to remove the "warehouse flavor" produced in the retting process and restore the aroma and taste of tea itself. It is best not to make tea with boiling water, pour it out quickly after injecting hot water, and control the time within 3 seconds. Beneficial components in tea, such as tea polyphenols, amino acids, tea polysaccharides, etc. 3 seconds after adding water, it began to dissolve into hot water. If the tea leaves are washed for more than 3 seconds, the effective components of these tea leaves will begin to lose a lot.

Initial boiling means bubbling. When the temperature is insufficient, it is not suitable for making tea. Second boiling means that water vapor rushes to the water surface and bubbles appear on the water surface. Three boiling means that when water gushes from the big flowers and the lid of the pot is lifted, the water at this time is most suitable for brewing Liubao tea, and the brewed Liubao tea soup can be "full of color, fragrance and taste".

After full fermentation, the contents of Liubao tea are easily soluble in water. If you don't master the time of cooking soup, it's easy to thicken the soup.
