The heir to the Liuhe Praying Mantis Fist
Zhang Daojin was born in June 1957 in Longkou City, Shandong Province. At the age of 5, he learned Hung Gar with his uncle, and at the age of 8, he learned Liouhe Mantis Fist from the famous martial arts master Shan Xiangling. He has been published many times in "Chinese Wushu" and professional journals. 1985, 1986 Shandong Province team to participate in the National Wushu Observation Tournament, won two gold medals and the Lion Award; August 1986 as Shandong Province, the thirteenth Sports Games Wushu Competition referee; 1991 International Wushu Invitational Tournament, was the traditional group of the all-around champion. 2000 Shandong Province, the first Mantis Fist and Sword Competition, Fist and Sword with the highest score of the field. In 2001, he was invited to participate in the World's First Taijiquan Health Conference and won the best prize in the professional group; in October 2003, he won one gold medal each in traditional boxing and traditional equipment in the National Traditional Wushu Exchange Competition organized by the Wushu Sports Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China (Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, China); in 2004, he was invited again to participate in the Thirteenth Olympic Games as a referee; in 1991, he was the champion of the traditional group in the International Wushu Invitation Tournament. In 2004, he was invited to participate in the "Chinese Folk Wushu Masters Forum" organized by the People's Sports Press in Beijing, and in February 2004, he was awarded the gold medal in traditional boxing in the 6th World Kungfu Championships in Hong Kong. 2005, he was invited by the Hong Kong Martial Arts Association to teach Liuhua to some policemen of the Customs and Excise Department and the Hong Kong Police Force. In November 2005, he was awarded the gold medal in the "First Chinese Traditional Wushu Festival" organized by the Wushu Sports Administration Center of the State General Administration of Sports (venue: Kaiyuan, Yunnan Province), and was invited by the Hong Kong Wushu General Association as an expert judge in the World Wushu Elite Championships in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the Reunification of Hong Kong. In February 2007, he was invited by the Hong Kong Wushu General Association to be the expert judge of the World Wushu Elite Conference in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China. 1992 to 2007, he was interviewed by Lungkou Television, Yantai Television, Qilu Television, Shandong Television, and CCTV 4 and 5 for more than ten times in different forms, and was included in the Dictionary of Chinese Wushu Names, published by People's Sports Publishing House, for having won the gold medals of the National Wushu Observation Tournaments of '85 and '86 in 1994. In 1994, he contributed to the "Chinese Wushu Fist and Arms Record--Liuhe Praying Mantis Fist Spectrum" published by People's Sports Publishing House. Wushu tournaments and martial arts activities were included in the 1995 "Longkou City Journal" and 2005 "China *** Longkou historical events". In 2005 and 2006, we organized the Wushu exchange between Longkou and Hong Kong, and in 2007, we organized the Wushu exchange between Longkou and four European countries. Appointed as honorary principal and senior advisor by many Wushu schools at home and abroad. He is now a national social sports instructor; a member of the Chinese Wushu Association; the executive director of the Chinese Traditional Wushu Association; the editor-in-chief of the Chinese Liouhe Mantis Boxing VCD tutorial; the first batch of the Chinese Wushu Ranks of six dan; the honorary chairman of the Shandong Mantis Boxing Federation of Hong Kong; the vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Wushu Association of Longkou; the secretary-general of the Liouhe Mantis Boxing Research Association; the chairman of the Liouhe Mantis Boxing International Exchange and Promotion Center; a member of the Sixth to Ninth CPPCC of Longkou; a member of the 19th to 9th CPPCC of Longkou. Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); Longkou City 1987-1993 two professional and technical top-notch talents. 1991, has received hundreds of students from the United States, Japan, Canada, Italy, Venezuela, Spain, Hong Kong, Taiwan and international. In May 2007, he was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Government as the inheritor of the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" Liuhe Mantis Boxing.
