How to make watermelon sauce

The method of watermelon sauce is as follows:

Ingredients: 250g soybean, watermelon 1500g, 2 bags of sweet noodle sauce, two green onions, five or six yellow peppers, an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, two star anises, an appropriate amount of dried red peppers, four or five slices of ginger, five or six slices of fragrant leaves, two teaspoons of pepper and one teaspoon of spiced powder.

Steps:

1, soak the soybeans one night in advance.

2. Cut the watermelon into small grains, prepare the seasoning, and then cut some green onions.

It takes about 20 minutes for the soybeans to be cooked until the noodles are cooked. Drain and set aside.

4. Add twice as much oil as usual to the pot, add spices and stir fry.

5. Remove the spices after frying, and add the soybeans with good water control to stir fry for a while.

6. Pour in two bags of sweet noodle sauce and start to stir fry. Be sure to turn it over frequently and stir it for about 3 or 4 minutes.

7. Pour in watermelon seeds, continue to stir-fry over medium heat for about 40 to 50 minutes, and evaporate the water in watermelon.

8. When cooking for about 10 minutes, put two spoonfuls of Laoganma Douchi according to your own taste.

9. Watch the fire and cut some green peppers and chopped green onion.

10. Almost done. When I saw the trace on the edge of the pot, about one third of the water had evaporated. Pour in chopped green onion, green pepper, white sesame seeds and spiced powder. If it feels a little sweet, you can add some salt, turn it over and turn off the heat.

1 1. After cooling, put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for cold storage. It won't go bad for more than a week.
