Which barber shop near Hebei University of Engineering is better?

If there is a hotel on the main campus outside the north gate (it seems to be called Minjiafu, and I don't know if it has been renamed now), it is right (not right, but going west). In that residential building, there is an old couple's "Mrding Barber Shop". I have been there for four years, and my craft is very good. They have been doing haircuts for almost 50 years, and they have been learning haircuts since they were teenagers, and the price is reasonable.
