Long-distance transportation freight standard
I. Billing weight
(1) unit of measurement
① The whole batch of goods is transported in tons.
② The transportation of LTL goods is in kilograms.

① General goods, calculated by gross weight;

(4) The weight of bulk goods shall be calculated according to the weight conversion standard uniformly stipulated by all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
Second, the billing mileage
The mileage charged for freight transportation is in kilometers. If the mantissa is less than 1 kilometer, it shall be rounded to 1 kilometer.
Third, the billing time.
The billing time of chartered freight is in hours.
① The starting billing time is 4 hours.
(2) If the service time exceeds 4 hours, it shall be calculated according to the actual package time.
(3) charter a car all day, calculated as 8 hours per day; If the service time exceeds 8 hours, it shall be calculated according to the actual service time.
(4) The mantissa of time is less than half an hour, and half an hour is rounded to 1 hour.
Fourth, the freight unit.
① Bulk transportation: RMB/ton. Kilometers.
② LTL transportation: RMB/kg. Kilometers.
③ Container transportation: RMB/box. Kilometers.
④ Chartered transportation: RMB/ton. hour
basic rate
(1) Basic freight rate of the whole batch of goods: refers to the freight rate per ton of the whole batch of ordinary goods. Number of kilometers transported by grade highway.
(2) Basic freight rate of LTL goods: refers to the freight rate per kilogram and per kilometer of LTL ordinary goods transported on graded highways.
(3) Basic container freight rate: refers to. Kilometers per container of various standard containers and heavy containers transported on graded highways.
