Can garlic moss be pickled directly?
First of all, spicy garlic shoots
Ingredients: 250 grams of garlic moss, 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Seasoning: 4g of salt, 50g of light soy sauce, 50g of aged vinegar, 0/0g of sesame oil/kloc-,and 2 tsps of oil pepper.

Ingredients: garlic moss, salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, chicken essence and sesame oil.
