"Six pavilions with one heart" (exhibition hall, museum, planning hall, concert hall, grand theatre and cultural center surround the central cultural tower) is located in the exhibition center area of Shuimogou District, Urumqi, covering an area of about 195,7 square meters and a construction area of about 256,5 square meters. As a new cultural landmark building in Urumqi, "Six Pavilions and One Heart" shows the cultural soft power of the city.

The building area is about 34,5 square meters, and the first floor is the preface hall. From the perspective of time and space, the theme scene selects representative buildings and elements in history to show the historical picture scroll of Urumqi in the form of calligraphy and painting scrolls. The second and third floors are "Urumqi Historical and Cultural Exhibition", which takes the general history as the axis and displays the historical development and changes of Urumqi from the pre-Qin period to the Republic of China through the comprehensive use of cultural relics, pictures, scenes and multimedia exhibition methods.
