Take corn granules, cut carrots into cubes the size of corn, put the corn into a hot oil pan, stir-fry the carrot granules together, add appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce, sprinkle some water on the lid and stew until the water is dry.
5, salt and pepper corn kernels: take out the corn kernels and wash them with water, drain the water and pat a layer of starch evenly. Put the griddle on the fire, add vegetable oil and heat it to 60%, add corn kernels and fry until crisp, take out the drained oil, sprinkle with pepper and salt, stir well, and serve.
