Homemade method of bean sprouts:

1, bean sprouts mixed with vermicelli.

Rooted mung bean sprouts, washed, blanched in boiling water, soaked in cold water and drained. Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft, then cut it into shreds, then blanch it thoroughly in a water pot, then soak it in cold water, cool it with bean sprouts, add refined salt, vinegar and soy sauce, mix well, serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame oil.
