The common practices of steaming pomfret are as follows:
Ingredients: 4 small pomfrets, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, white pepper 1 tablespoon, salt 1 tablespoon, onion 10g, 5 slices of ginger, steamed fish black soybean oil 1 tablespoon, and seafood soy sauce/kloc-0.
1. Wash pomfret and drain.
2. Add cooking wine, pepper and salt and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Take a plate and put the scallion and ginger slices on the bottom of the plate.
4. Add pickled pomfret.
5. Put in a steamer/steamer and steam with boiling water for about 8 minutes.
