What's the difference between real Shaolin Wushu and Wudang Wushu and Emei Wushu?
Wudang Wushu is a broad and profound China Wushu school with a long history, named after Zhang Sanfeng was founded in Wudang Mountain. Zhang Sanfeng skillfully combined the essence of Yijing and Daodejing with martial arts, and created Wudang martial arts with Tai Ji Chuan, Xingyiquan and Baguazhang as the main body, which has important health and fitness values. Martial artists in later generations kept innovating, enriching and accumulating, forming a major school of martial arts in China-Wutang School, which is known as "worshiping Shaolin in the north and Wudang in the south".
Emei Wushu is one of the traditional martial arts schools in China, with Emei, a famous mountain in China, as its birthplace. Emei Wushu has the saying of "five flowers and eight leaves". Namely: Qingchengshan Qingcheng School in Dujiangyan; Tiefo School of Tiefo Temple in Genting Mountain, Jintang; Qingniu School in Niu Shan, Fengdu District; A school in Fuling Dian-Yi-Dong area; Huang Lin School in Rongchang and Longchang. Eight leaves are: Zhaomen, Sangmen, Yuemen and Doumen are called four families; Hong, Hua, Zi and Hui are called four small families.
