After driving the online mobile terminal, the functions of online registration, theoretical study, training reservation, intelligent customer service and so on are realized, which meets the needs of users for the online part of the Internet learning car. Users can freely choose the training time through the mobile App, make an appointment for training online, and the coach provides driving learning services for users according to the syllabus. I also made a video to explain the important and difficult points in the exam. Combining video teaching with offline practice, I built a "SCS" (service manager-coach-student) training service system.

Legal basis: Article 1 of the Regulations on the Administration of Motor Vehicle Driver Training regulates the business activities of motor vehicle driver training, maintains the market order of motor vehicle driver training, and protects the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transportation and other relevant laws and administrative regulations.

Article 2 Those engaged in motor vehicle driver training shall abide by these provisions.

Motor vehicle driver training business refers to the activities of providing paid driving training services to the public with the teaching task of training students' motor vehicle driving ability or training road transport drivers' professional ability. Including driving training, continuing education for beginners of motor vehicle drivers, increasing the number of drivers who are allowed to drive and road transport drivers, motor vehicle driver training and coaching field management.

Article 3 Motor vehicle driver training shall be socialized, and the motor vehicle driver training business shall be operated according to law, with good faith and fair competition.

Article 4 The management of motor vehicle driver training shall be fair, just, open and convenient.

Article 5 The Ministry of Transport shall be in charge of the management of motor vehicle driver training throughout the country.

The transportation departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for organizing and leading the management of motor vehicle driver training within their respective administrative areas.

Road transport management institutions at or above the county level shall be responsible for the specific implementation of motor vehicle driver training management within their respective administrative areas.
