brief introduction
It is said that Brownie's discovery was the result of the pastry chef forgetting to take the chocolate cake out of the oven and baking it over time. This little mistake has become the most beautiful one. I like brownies very much. I simply mix the ingredients into the oven. I have no skills and I am not afraid of failure!
material
Wet ingredients: 2 eggs, sugar 180g, melted cream 185g, dark chocolate 185g.
Dry ingredients: 85g of flour and 40g of cocoa powder.
Decoration: 1/2~ 1 apple
working methods
1. Wet ingredients: Beat eggs and sugar evenly, add cream and dark chocolate melted in water at room temperature, and gently stir until uniform.
2. Add dry ingredients: sieved flour and cocoa powder.
3. After gently folding the dough into a smooth state, put it into a brownie mold with baking paper.
4. Decorative apples are cut into small pieces of about 3mm cubic meters and sprinkled on the surface.
5. Bake in the preheated 180C oven for about 20~25 minutes until the surface cracks a little.
6. Take it out and let it cool to room temperature. Cut it into small cubes, freeze it and eat it slowly.
