Experience of practicing traditional yoga once a day
Indian traditional yoga originated in the Himalayas more than 7000 years ago. Yoga originated from Sanskrit yoga, which means connection and combination. It combines bionics (imitating the shapes of animals and plants, etc. ) and philosophy, and cooperate with breathing and meditation to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body and getting rid of pain. China Yoga, on the basis of Indian Yoga, integrates the traditional Chinese medicine theory, Yijing, Buddhism and Confucian education handed down from China for thousands of years, forming a pluralistic and complete scientific system.
When we first start practicing yoga posture, our bodies will go through a process from tension to pain, from pain to relaxation, and from relaxation to pleasure. Members who have just started practicing yoga are obsessed with the movements of yoga and always think about how many movements they have to do before they can learn. Some actions can't be done, and they are always in a hurry and worried. Then I just gave up. If I can't do it, I can't. Later, I practiced slowly but didn't know I had done it. These are the wonders of yoga. For example, I just started sitting in a lotus knot, but it didn't last long. My ankle and instep felt sore and my back was not straight enough. After a long time, you will be tired. After a period of practice, you can tighten your abdomen and straighten your back. At that moment, you had a refreshing feeling, which was not only my own experience, but also my student. It can also correct bad postures such as hunchback and shrug, and has many benefits.
When it comes to diet, China Yoga advocates vegetarianism. Because meat is acidic food, while vegetarian food is alkaline food. People with acidic systems are more likely to get sick than people with alkaline systems. Moreover, vegetarian dishes contain a large number of various elements needed by the human body, often more than meat, and perennial vegetarianism will not cause malnutrition. Moreover, under the premise of economic benefits, today's ranchers use a lot of chemicals harmful to human body when taming livestock. What's more, these livestock will secrete a lot of toxins in their bodies because of fear and fright before being slaughtered. It is these terrible toxins that human beings ingest in the process of eating meat, which is an important reason why modern people are getting richer in nutrition and more and more diseases. Before, I also controlled vegetarianism, but that was for health reasons. Through learning, I understand that vegetarianism is not only a consideration for health, but also a deeper reason, that is, the love for life. Animals' lives are so humble and short that we have to slaughter them at will and base our happiness or appetite on their suffering. How can you bear it? ! The most important thing is that we won't hurt those economic animals, because animals have joy, anger, sorrow, joy, sadness and fear like people, and they are also afraid of death, and when they die, they will excrete a toxin in their bodies because of extreme fear, so how can we regard our bodies as the graves of animals, can you still eat them? Of course, while we are vegetarian, we should also pay attention to integrating yoga into our lives: after breakfast, try to sort out the magazines we usually read when eating, turn off the TV and wholeheartedly taste the soybean milk and rice porridge in front of us and enjoy the sweet and smooth taste. You may smell fragrant all day-this is yoga. Let's start a new day. Doing exercise and breathing with this intention in the morning will make your exercise process a kind of enjoyment-this is yoga.
We will enjoy the whole day, so we should learn to be grateful. Love brothers and sisters, relatives and friends, and enjoy the warmth of giving love: we work hard and enjoy life. I remember watching a Japanese drama called drifting classroom. The mantra is "live in the present", don't think about the past. The past has become history, and tomorrow is just an imagination. Try to live today-this is the life style of yoga, this is the life of yoga.
Yoga emphasizes control, of course, including the control of desire. But yoga emphasizes nature, and nature certainly includes people's natural desires. So I was confused until I accidentally pushed open a door of desire. I never touched that door. When I opened it with curiosity, what suddenly appeared in front of me was not satisfaction, but more related doors of desire. I stopped at the second door and thought about what I wanted. When I found that the thing in the door was not what I wanted, when I closed it, I found that I was far more satisfied than when I opened it. So I found that yoga taught me to be natural, to find out for myself, and not to be blinded by appearances. Yoga teaches me to control in order to discover the true inner natural needs. Then I understood that the Buddha said that controlling one desire is far happier than satisfying a thousand desires. Because behind a desire is a whirlpool of desire that you will never see.
I sincerely hope that everyone can see the whirlpool of desire, get rid of it and go to your heart to find the real source of happiness.
Dear brothers and sisters, join the world of yoga as soon as possible, and you will gain a lot. . . . . . . . .
