Steamed cloth is naturally better than wet steamed cloth, because steamed pasta will not stick to the steamer when steaming pasta.

Generally speaking, after the pasta is steamed, don't unload the drawer in a hurry. We can open the lid of the cage first and continue steaming for 3 to 5 minutes.

If the top cage of spaghetti is dry, you can remove the drawer, turn the spaghetti on the chopping board and take off the cage cloth.

Wait 1 minute before unloading the second cage, so as to unload it in turn. The pasta made in this way will not stick to the cage cloth or chopping board.

It is best to clean and dry the used steaming cloth and spray it with water before use.

If you have an aluminum ladder cage at home, you don't need to steam cloth, because it is better to coat some cooking oil on the aluminum grate.

Pay attention when steaming pasta. It is not recommended to use fire, because it is easy to cause uneven heating and the steamed bread will collapse after steaming.
