Letter format:
1, go. Write the address of the recipient at the beginning, and write it on another line to show respect and courtesy. Add a colon after the salutation to indicate the following.

Address elders by their elders, such as "grandpa", "uncle" and "aunt"; For peers, those older than themselves are called "elder brother" and "elder sister", while those younger than themselves are called "younger brother" and "younger sister". You can also call them by their first names. For the younger generation, you can write your name directly.
2, the text. This is the main part of this letter. The sender should ask, answer and describe the contents of the receiver, which are all stated here.
The text should start on a new line with two spaces, and the space above should be used when changing careers. According to the content can be appropriately segmented, it includes the following aspects:
(1) line up separately and write in two blanks. Say hello to the recipient.
(2) Start a new paragraph with two spaces. Explain when you received the letter from the other party and express your gratitude; Or ask about each other's situation and show concern. Anyway, talk about each other first.
(3) talk about your career. Everything should be written in sections so that the other party can see it at a glance. Answer each other's questions in a targeted manner.
(4) You can write down what you want, request or want to contact again.
3, the end. It is usually used to express wishes or respect. Words such as "I wish you health", "sincerity" and "salute" are commonly used in ordinary letters. If you like, you can choose the right words according to people and specific situations, and don't use them indiscriminately.
There are two idioms at the end:
(1) Immediately after writing the text, write "From here" and write "Salute" in another top box or two blank boxes.
(2) Don't write "Henceforth", just write two words on another line, such as "Salute", "Health" and "Ankang".
4. signature. This is the last line of the letter with the author's name on it. The signature should be written on the right half line at the end of the text. If you are writing to familiar relatives and friends, you can add your own address, such as brothers and sisters.
Write your name at the back, not your last name. If you write to an organization, you must write down your first and last name. Write the year, month and day of the letter after the name, or at the lower right of the next line of the name, so that the recipient can check it.
5. Postscript. There are four situations:
(1) Attach the detailed address. If the first communication or the address of the writer changes, the communication office or detailed address of the other party shall be notified.
(2) greetings. For example, "Please say hello to my aunt". Some people also entrust the writer to greet the recipient on his behalf, such as "Sister sends greetings with a pen".
(3) Annex description. Photos, bills, etc. are attached to the letter. This should be explained.
(4) Additional words. After writing the letter, if you find anything to add, you can add it later. In order to stand out, you often start with "another", "you" or "you". Or write additional content first, and finally mark "you you" or "so-and-so (author's name) and" as the end.
Because letters are a way for human beings to exchange thoughts and feelings, exchange information or contact various affairs by means of words, they should be sincere, clear in meaning, clear in description, specific in content, appropriate in language and neat in handwriting. Only in this way can we achieve the purpose of communication.
