How does the toilet drain?

First, the choice of drainage methods.

1, slope drainage

The floor drain is installed in a lower place. After bathing, the wastewater flows down the slope to the floor drain sewer to achieve drainage effect.

2, 4 drainage

Dig a groove-like shape along the edge of the bathroom, and then install the floor drain in the groove, so that when the bathroom drains, the water will flow into the groove along the ground and directly enter the floor drain sewer.

Second, the toilet ground treatment

1, slope: the ground should be sloped to the floor drain (lowest place) with a slope of 1%~3%; The bathroom floor should be not less than 3 cm lower than the indoor floor. Too much slope will affect the installation of sanitary ware such as toilets, and too little slope will not play a role in drainage.

2, floor drain tile processing:

(1) Cross paving method: centering on the floor drain, the four sides are aligned with the cross line of the floor tile and extend around. This not only maintains the integrity of the tiles, but also makes the slope look more natural.

(2) Dislocation paving method: The location of floor drain is set aside by using the method of dislocation paving of floor tiles, which is both beautiful and can ensure the integrity of tiles.

(3) Four-sided cutting method: choose the position suitable for floor drain, put the floor drain in the middle of the floor tile, cut the floor tile diagonally, and make a groove with a certain inclination when paving, which can better control the position and facilitate the drainage of the bathroom.

You can choose a paving method according to your own preferences.
