And this internship my position is a food and beverage waiter, I know that any position in the restaurant should be arranged to focus on better service for the purpose of the guests. Catering service positions are divided into front office service and backstage service, front office service positions include front hall manager, supervisor, foreman, reservation staff, welcome staff, bar staff, waiters, etc., direct contact with guests, face guest services, while backstage service positions include chef, cleaner, dishwasher, etc., basically do not have contact with guests, the main task of the catering department is to provide guests with high-quality dishes, beverages, snacks and excellent service, and by meeting the various needs of guests, the catering department will be the main task of the restaurant. And by meeting the various needs of guests to create more business income for the hotel.
The catering department is the only production of the hotel, providing physical products to the department, to provide guests with dishes based on the tangible products is the most basic task of the hotel catering department, today's catering department is also from the traditional sense of the various types of restaurants to expand to be able to provide, including social activities, recreational activities, including comprehensive multi-functional supporting venues.
Catering Department operating conditions directly affect the development of the hotel, I am aware of their own work, although simple and inconspicuous, but it is an essential part of the normal operation of the hotel, so I am meticulous in my work, and do my best to provide guests with the best quality service, with a smile, so that every guest can be happy to come and go back to the satisfaction of the middle of the hard work, but I get the approval of others but still very happy, I'm very happy!
