It is estimated that there are two possibilities.

1, one end of the lamp is connected to the live wire, and the other end is connected to something outside the lamp (the suspender or wall of the lamp). This can be opened, but it is a grounding fault and it is very dangerous. If this line is equipped with ground fault protection, it will definitely trip.

2, the other end is connected to the live wire, so the line-to-line voltage becomes 380V V. Although the rated voltage of the lamp is 220V, 380 V can also work. How long it can work is uncertain, depending on how long the lamp can work. It's just a matter of time.
