The relationship between enterprise and economy

(1) enterprise behavior refers to the countermeasures and actions taken by enterprises to implement a certain goal.

(2) There are two factors that affect the economic behavior of enterprises, namely, governance structure and external environment.

First of all, corporate governance structure affects the economic behavior of enterprises. As far as social relations are concerned, enterprises are essentially a combination of the interests and rights of owners, producers and operators. These three subjects with different interests and rights all require the goal of the enterprise to be consistent with their own interests. Under the condition of socialist market economy, enterprises aim at maximizing profits, taking into account the interests of owners, operators and producers. The way to realize this requirement is to establish a modern enterprise system, clarify the relationship of property rights, that is, investors have ownership and enterprises enjoy legal person property rights, and establish corresponding organizations. So that the three forms a relationship of related interests, clear rights and responsibilities, and mutual checks and balances.

Secondly, the external environment of an enterprise affects its economic behavior. The external environment of enterprises is mainly policy environment and market environment. Policy environment refers to the sum of various government interventions in economic life. In order to achieve macroeconomic goals, the government should use administrative, legal and economic means to regulate the national economy.
