What behaviors does monopoly include?

Legal analysis: Monopoly is actually a violation of the provisions of the competition law, and its purpose is to expand its own economic scale or form a favorable economic position.

According to Article 3 of China's Anti-monopoly Law, monopolistic behavior generally refers to three kinds of economic monopolies, including: (1) monopoly agreements; (2) Abuse of dominant market position; (3) Concentration of business operators that have or may have the effect of eliminating or restricting competition. Article 8 of the Anti-Monopoly Law stipulates administrative monopoly and economic monopoly.

Monopoly behavior is the object of regulation in anti-monopoly laws of various countries, and in some countries it is the only object of regulation in anti-monopoly laws. In the anti-monopoly law, monopolistic behavior is originally an act that restricts or hinders competition, and the meanings of monopolistic behavior and restrictive competition behavior are basically the same.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Anti-monopoly Law. Monopoly acts as stipulated in this Law include:

(a) the operator reached a monopoly agreement;

(two) the operator abuses the dominant position in the market;

(3) Concentration of business operators that have or may have the effect of eliminating or restricting competition.
