Must cellar wine be puree wine?

Original pulp wine refers to the wine that has not been blended after fermentation and distillation in the brewery, also known as original wine. The alcohol content of puree wine is high, generally around 60 degrees.

Liquor with different flavors needs different storage periods, that is, liquor aging. The aging process of liquor includes esterification and hydrolysis. Low-alcohol liquor is easy to hydrolyze, reduce fat and increase acid during storage. Alcohol blended wine will not produce old flavor during storage, and it is best to choose the original pulp wine brewed by traditional technology for cellar wine.
