They are the shape and soul of the Chinese nation. As long as we carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, all moral education problems will be solved. And "inheriting Chinese traditional virtues and carrying forward Chinese national spirit" is the focus of moral education in our school.

How will I do a good job in the new semester?

I remember a sentence in the book No Excuses: "Work is not something we do to make a living, but something we want to do with our lives." This sentence is the best analysis of perfect execution. "Finish our work with life" means to go all out, that is, to exhaust one's mind, that is, to take responsibility, that is, to be meticulous, that is, to devote oneself wholeheartedly regardless of the cost, rather than just treating work as a paid occupation. In moral education, I want to adjust my thinking, take the traditional culture of China as the carrier, and on the basis of continuing the previous good working methods, combine the comprehensive practical course with the school-based course better, so as to make moral education more effective. The comprehensive practical courses and school-based courses in our school have been trying to learn some contents of China traditional culture. The topic is freely chosen by the teacher. Although they all focus on the traditional culture of China, there are two problems. First, the content of the school environmental resources-moral education corridor has not been fully studied and utilized. Second, occasionally, some contents of the comprehensive practical course and the school-based course are duplicated. In view of the above problems, I divide the content of the school moral education corridor into comprehensive practice teachers in grades three to six according to the degree of difficulty, so that children can learn the content of the school moral education corridor while completing their six-year studies. The theme of school-based curriculum is set around the content of traditional culture. Teachers can choose freely according to their own specialties, which avoids the repetition of the theme, and children also expand the knowledge of traditional culture outside the moral education corridor.

With the development and advancement of the curriculum, teachers will accumulate a lot of traditional culture, which is undoubtedly an educational event related to the prosperity of the nation and the country. The traditional virtues flashing on teachers inject personality strength into students' traditional virtue education. Learning and inheriting traditional virtues with students will produce unexpected educational effects. As the saying goes, "its body is right, but it doesn't make it; His body is not right, although he is not obedient. " Teachers should inherit and carry forward traditional virtues based on their posts, sow ideals, dedicate their feelings and create a valuable life, which is the quality that a people's teacher should have.
