I come from a small city in Hunan province, where there are many cuisines, the most representative of which is the spicy Hunan cuisine! Hunan cuisine is the traditional food culture of Hunan, it has strong local characteristics and cultural flavor, very spicy and taste.

First of all, I would like to recommend our hometown "flavor shrimp". This is a very special Hunan dish, with shrimp as the main ingredient, adding a lot of garlic, chili, ginger, vinegar and other accessories, cooking a spicy and delicious food. This dish not only has a unique taste, but is also very healthy because it contains a lot of nutrients from the shrimp.

Secondly, I would like to introduce our hometown's "chopped pepper fish head". This dish uses fresh fish head as the main ingredient, with a lot of garlic, chili, ginger, chopped peppers and other seasonings, cooking a hot and sour delicious food. This dish is not only tasty but also very nutritious as fish head is rich in nutrients such as protein and calcium.

Lastly, I would like to introduce to you the "stinky tofu" of our hometown. This is a traditional Hunan snack, using tofu as the main ingredient, adding garlic, chili peppers, soybean paste and other seasonings, cooking a little stinky but very tasty food.
