Interpretation of Notes on the Doctrine of the Mean -99

There is a simple summary at the bottom of each chapter of Zhu Xi's Notes on the Mean. Let's briefly summarize this summary: "the first chapter in the upper right", right is the top, left is the right, right is the top, left is the bottom, and the first chapter in the upper right is the top. This is the first chapter. "Zisishu means to make a statement." Zisi's statement was passed down, and the teacher passed it on to him. Who gave it to him? Ceng Zi gave it to him. According to the teacher, one is Ceng Zi and the other is his father, so let's make a statement.

"The foundation of the first Ming Dow originally came from heaven, but it was not easy. In fact, the body is prepared for itself and cannot be separated. " Irrevocable means unchangeable and unchangeable. How can you change God's will and destiny? Here are the first two sentences of the first chapter: "Destiny is nature, frankness is Tao, and cultivation is teaching. If you are a Taoist, you can't leave for a moment; Can be divided, not Tao. " That's it. The source of enlightenment comes from heaven. Because destiny is called sex, then Tao, and following destiny is Tao, you can't change this. It's raining today. You don't want to rain. Can you change this fate? So our current artificial rainfall is very bad from the experience of traditional culture. Look at its impact on the real ecology. The drought in this place is very serious. A cloud floated from above, and it rained with it during the shelling. This chaotic world is full of yin and yang. Science doesn't talk about this, seeing that this temporary natural disaster has been solved, but it may cause a larger and more serious natural disaster. A little thing is inevitable. The original Tao originated from heaven and cannot be changed. They are changing this path.

In fact, the body is prepared for itself and cannot be separated. This is the first sentence. "The second word is the importance of preservation and observation", which means "Therefore, a gentleman is cautious about what he doesn't see, afraid of what he doesn't smell, can't see what he doesn't see, and can't show what he doesn't see, so a gentleman is cautious about what he sees". These two sentences are preservation and observation. How to inspect? Beware of fear and dare not get carried away at will, lest you violate the Tao and lead to bad consequences. As we all know, it's against the rules to lose your temper when you shouldn't. Always remind yourself of the subtleties you haven't noticed. This is introspection. Guard, as I said later, is invisible and insignificant, and a gentleman is cautious and independent. This is keeping. Why keep it? We keep our own good ideas and don't let them go, and foreign bad ideas don't let them in. If we don't let them in, we'll be invisible. Don't be insignificant, don't flash bad thoughts in your mind. When you flash bad thoughts, it is the outside air that invades our hearts. Don't let it invade, save the original beauty. This is preservation. Evil thoughts and evil thoughts have invaded our hearts, and the original and original goodness cannot be preserved, just like the five elements of qi outside, that is, when evil spirits enter our bodies, our bodies will get sick, which is preservation and inspection.

"In the end, it is extremely sacred." This is from the beginning of "the emotion is not developed, that is, the middle", first talking about neutralization, neutralization is the foundation of the world, and harmony is the way of the world, and then leading to "neutralization, the status of heaven, the education of all things." This is why we should study, why saints should teach us to cultivate, and this is the purpose of our practice and study. But to achieve neutrality, the status of heaven and the enlightenment of all things, we must reach the realm of saints. If you can't reach the realm of saints, take the road of saints, which is "the ultimate of divine power."

"The great is called sacred, and the sacred unknowable is called God." Sages have magical powers, and some people have unpredictable abilities. This is the holy God. In fact, he didn't mean two people, but one thing. To make contributions, the sage makes contributions, that is, he achieves the ultimate neutralization, and then makes heaven stand in the position of everything. In ancient times, the Duke of Zhou, like Tang, was like this. His virtue is very high, and then he practices for the world and makes the whole people peaceful. Everything comes with him, and there are few natural disasters. Some of them said: Yu was flooded at that time, not because there were few natural disasters. That was before, and that was a problem that existed before Yao Shun.
