How to make Kim Su Wei Jiao?
Ingredients: flour, cabbage
Accessories: cauliflower, fungus, vermicelli, dried citron, gluten and coriander.
Accessories: bean curd with soy sauce (fermented bean curd), sesame sauce and flour sauce.
Accessories: salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, edible oil and sesame oil.
Jin de gu jiao
