However, elderly people over 60 years old, who cannot apply for it due to special circumstances, can apply for the said document at their local police station and online.

After the online application is successful, the local police station will audit the authenticity of the declared information within 24 hours, and will inform by phone if the audit fails. After the process is complete, the local police station will send the documents to the community where they belong and the staff will call to pick them up.

The health code is based on real data, and can be generated by citizens or people returning to work through their own online declarations, which are audited in the back office to generate a QR code belonging to the individual. The two-dimensional code serves as an electronic credential for individuals to pass in and out of the local area, realizing one-time declaration and city-wide generalization.
