Based on a large number of on-the-spot investigation and study of residential buildings in various regions of Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the present situation and living conditions of residential buildings, summarizes the characteristics and development process of residential buildings, studies residential buildings in Hebei Province from macro, meso and micro levels, and then draws a systematic residential building map, sorts out the styles, schools and influencing factors of residential buildings from south to north, and finally summarizes various regional characteristics of residential buildings. The complex and changeable residential buildings are formed into a complete system, and the strategy of regeneration and development is put forward, which provides theoretical basis for its regeneration, provides the original residence for the ongoing new residential construction in Hebei Province, and then serves the urban and rural construction.
