Third, the technical problems in education and teaching are outstanding. Mainly manifested in the shortage of teachers, teaching methods and means are relatively backward. The curriculum system and textbook compilation are relatively lack of unified technical norms. Fourth, it is necessary to form a joint force of concern and support from the whole society.
According to the requirements of the Guiding Outline, the joint working mechanism of relevant departments and the evaluation and supervision mechanism of Chinese excellent traditional culture education should also be established accordingly.
