Equipment should be checked regularly and adjusted accordingly. Maintenance work must be carried out by personnel approved by the equipment manufacturer with relevant training. In the process of hardware maintenance of equipment, it must be carried out after the power supply is cut off.

1, normal maintenance work

The equipment should be installed in a ventilated, dusty and dry environment to avoid high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight.

When maintaining, dust the equipment first, and clean the dust with a brush and vacuum cleaner.

If parts or connectors are found to be loose, they should be tightened immediately.

When the parts rust, replace them if necessary.

If any component is damaged, please find out the reason and replace it with a new one after troubleshooting. After the equipment is replaced, the relevant parameters must be adjusted before it can be used normally.

During maintenance, do not let foreign objects or liquids enter the equipment to avoid leakage or accidents.

2, the specific content of maintenance and maintenance

Check the power indicator above the equipment: when the equipment is powered on, the green indicator lights up.

Check the X-ray indicator above the equipment: when the ray is emitted, the red indicator lights up.

Check the emergency stop button above the passage: press the emergency stop button, and the equipment can be powered off immediately. When the button is not reset, the device cannot be restarted.

Check the key switch above the passage: after the key switch is turned on, the start button can start the equipment. The X-ray stop button can disconnect the power of the X-ray controller. If the key switch becomes insensitive, it should be replaced.

Check whether the touch screen corresponds to the screen image: press the zoom button to zoom the image; Press the image processing key, and the displayed image can be transformed accordingly.

Check the light shield at the entrance: put an opaque object on the running conveyor belt, and the rays can be turned on normally. Wipe the lens of the light shield and the glass installed on the channel wall with dry silk after the equipment is cut off.

Check electric drum: Press the corresponding button, and electric drum can run and stop in the predetermined direction. The drum noise is normal and there is no oil leakage.

Check the travel switches on the detector box and collimator: if any cover plate is removed, the radiation can be stopped.

Check the deviation of the conveyor belt: check whether the conveyor belt deviates from the motor.

Check radiator. Check whether the radiator is blocked and remove the dust from it.
