What are the supply chain models?
There are mainly two modes: 1, push supply chain operation mode: the manufacturer is the core, and the products are gradually pushed from the dealer to the customer after production. Its core is to meet the demand by means of stocking production, and the whole supply chain has high inventory and poor response ability to demand changes. 2. Pull supply chain operation mode: the driving force comes from the end users. This supply chain operation mode has high integration and rapid information exchange, and can realize customized services according to users' needs, so the inventory in the whole supply chain is low.
