The author's introduction to the history of traditional Wushu in China.

Yu Zhijun, 193 1 was born in Jilin. Professor, Beijing Institute of Information Engineering. 1954 graduated from Tsinghua University. When I was a teenager, I liked Wushu. 1940 started to learn martial arts, and studied Xingyiquan under the guidance of China famous Xingyiquan master Liu Zijiu. 1950, studied Tai Ji Chuan with Mr. Wu Tunan, a famous Tai Ji Chuan in China, and obtained the biography of Mr. Tunan. 1997 12 went to Taiwan Province for Tai Ji Chuan academic exchange and lectures at the invitation of "Chinese Tai Ji Chuan Committee of Chinese Wushu Association" in Taiwan Province Province and Chinese Taiji Hall in Taipei, which was highly praised by Tai Ji Chuan circles in Taiwan Province Province. Mr. Yu Zhijun is both civil and military, especially the history of martial arts in China. There are many works, among which Tai Ji Chuan's works are: Authentic Tai Ji Chuan, Authentic Tai Ji Chuan Pushing Hands, Young Tai Ji Chuan: Small Frame and Its Application, Taiji Pushing Hands Practice, Taiji Sword Technique and Attacking Grand View, and Textual Research on Tai Ji Chuan's Origin.
