Is the marked food bag most suitable for breaking the law?

According to the Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which was implemented on September 1 2065438, it is illegal to mark "most suitable" and "most suitable" on food packaging bags.

1. Article 9 of the Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that an advertisement shall not be under any of the following circumstances: use such terms as "national level", "superlative level" and "best". Therefore, it is against the advertising law to mark "mouth" on food bags.

Article 18 of the Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall not contain the following contents: 1. An assertion or guarantee indicating efficacy and safety; 2. It involves the functions of disease prevention and treatment; 3. claiming or implying that the goods in the advertisement are necessary to protect health. Therefore, it is against the advertising law to mark food bags as "suitable".
