Ingredients: mung bean (200g-500g), 50g sugar, a little honey, a spoonful of milk powder, some cranberries and a piece of butter.
Step 1: We put mung beans in a bowl and pour water into the bowl. Be sure to remember that mung beans have not been eaten and put them in the refrigerator for one night. Personally, I think the best way is to soak in warm water for half an hour, cool it and put it in the refrigerator, then peel the mung beans for later use.
Step 2: Prepare a pot, drain the soaked mung beans, and then steam them in a steamer for 30 minutes. The purpose is to make mung beans softer. What is the best degree? Mung beans can be crushed if steamed by hand. However, personally, it is really difficult to remove mung bean skin, so everyone should be careful when doing it. Personally, I think you can also buy peeled mung beans, which is easier to do and won't worry about peeling, but you must pay attention to the work of soaking and steaming, which takes a long time. Steamed mung beans can be poured into a blender and stirred evenly, thus becoming mung bean paste.
Step 3: To make mung bean cake, we prepare a transparent bowl, pour milk powder, butter, molasses and cranberries into the bowl, stir well, and then add the mung bean paste we just made. Prepare a casserole, turn on a small fire, and stir these stirred mung bean paste again, in order to make all kinds of things blend more closely and taste better. It may be a little difficult to stir, but we should all be patient with ourselves and put the stirred mung bean paste in a clean bowl for later use. Personally, I suggest that mung beans not be steamed too wet. The purpose of frying is to drain the water, so that the extruded shape is more beautiful.
Step 4: Molding: We prepare our favorite molds, whether round, square or petal-shaped, and then divide the mung beans into small balls and put them into the molds for pressing. If there is no mold, you can put some oil on the glass bowl, then pour in the mung bean cake, scrape it evenly on your face with a scraper, and then cut it into small squares, which will also look good. If you like people who eat sweet-scented osmanthus, it is also good to sprinkle some sweet-scented osmanthus or peanuts on it for decoration or modification. Put it in the oven, set the time, and take it out when you smell it.
