The correct grip of backhand: On the front of the racket, the first joint of thumb and the second joint of index finger are clamped on both sides of the racket handle with a moderate distance, and the racket handle is pressed against the tiger's mouth. Racket in North America, the middle finger, ring finger and little finger naturally overlap and bend, and the first joint of the middle finger abuts against the back of the racket.
Backhand grip: Compared with the backhand grip, the thumb grip is deeper, the index finger moves to the edge of the racket, the grip should not be too tight, and the back three fingers are slightly extended, which is beneficial to force and control the shape of the racket. The middle finger, ring finger and little finger on the back naturally bend and overlap obliquely, and the side of the first knuckle of the middle finger is close to about one third of the back of the racket.
