How should teachers establish a good relationship with students?

First, care for students, love students and help them. Every student has his own ideas, feelings and needs. They need teachers' care, love and help. If our teachers can provide these when they need them, in other words, at the right time, then I believe that the distance between teachers and students will be further narrowed, so that they can know each other better, get closer and trust each other more, and then students will actively cooperate in class, which will be a happy picture.

Second, be patient and meticulous with students, and don't lose your temper casually. You need to answer every question patiently and in detail, not perfunctory, and don't insult students just because the questions are simple. In the long run, students will not dare to ask questions, even if they don't understand, they will pretend to understand, which will affect students' knowledge digestion and teachers' teaching quality in the future.

Third, put down the teacher's dignity and smile at the students. Teachers should be full of sunshine and wisdom in the eyes of students, not rigid and rote machines. Therefore, teachers should put down their airs, smile more, encourage students more, and actively communicate with students inside and outside the classroom.

Fourth, adhere to the principle of equal treatment, teachers should treat every student with an equal attitude, and there should be no distinction between excellent students and poor students. On the contrary, it will make students have rebellious psychology. No matter what they say or do, they are against the teacher, which is very unfavorable to the teacher's education process.
