What's the difference between scalded noodles, fried noodles and dead noodles? What's the difference in use?
First, the face
Flour is the most commonly used one in life. First, melt the yeast with warm water, then pour a proper amount of flour into a basin, add a small amount of warm water to the flour, stir it into a flocculent shape several times, and then knead it into a smooth dough. In a warmer environment, the dough will ferment to twice its size in about an hour, and then we can start making all kinds of pasta. Dough tastes sweeter and softer, and can be used to make steamed bread, flour cakes, flower rolls, steamed bread and so on. Hair flour is easier to digest for people with bad stomach and nutrition is higher than the other two.
Second, the face of the dead
Dead noodles are easy to make. Put the flour into a pot, add cold water directly, stir it into a flocculent shape, and knead it into dough. It takes no time to wake up. It can be used to make jiaozi, noodles, cakes and so on. And it tastes more chewy. Dead noodles are relatively difficult to digest, and people with bad stomachs try to eat less food made from dead noodles.
Third, hot noodles.
Hot noodles don't need to sober up. The only difference between hot noodles and dead noodles is that hot noodles need boiling water to mix noodles. First, pour the flour into a basin, add the freshly boiled water, stir while adding it, and knead it into dough after the flour cools. Hot noodle soup is characterized by sticky food, troublesome operation and sticky hands. The sugar cakes sold outside use instant noodles, which are soft and delicious, tender outside and tender inside, while instant noodles are rarely used for pasta at home.
Therefore, there are essential differences between the three kinds of flour, and the taste is completely different. We should choose the way to mix noodles according to the delicious food we make. Besides these three kinds of noodles, we can also make semi-scalded noodles. First, we knead the noodles with boiling water, and then add some cold water to make them soft and chewy.
