At the same time, the blade cuts a small piece on the solid copper bar, which will accommodate a ball valve to control the water quantity and temperature.

Third, then the workers began to assemble copper pipes and brass fittings. The faucet passes through the bottom plate and is fixed on the sink platform with screws. Next, the machine puts half a stainless steel ball on the turntable to determine the direction. Then the automatic welding machine welds the two hemispheres together, and the opening on the stainless steel ball is used to adjust the water flow into the nozzle. In the assembly process of faucet, all joints need to be inserted with rubber plates. The gland filter is screwed on the nozzle, and finally screwed on the faucet with a metal valve cover, thus making a faucet that can control the water quantity and temperature at will. It only takes two days to make such a faucet, which can be said to be extremely fast. After the finished faucet is tested, it can be packaged and delivered for sale. At this point, the production process of the faucet has all ended.
