So how should cancer patients eat Agaricus blazei? In fact, it is suitable for cooking, such as meat dishes, boiling, steaming, boiling, stewing, frying, hot pot and soup. Here are some ways to eat:

First, Agaricus blazei stewed yam.

Ingredients: 50 grams of Agaricus blazei (dry), 500 grams of yam, 300 grams of ribs, a small amount of onion and ginger, and a proper amount of salt.

Efficacy: tonifying deficiency and resisting aging, moistening spleen and stomach, benefiting qi and nourishing blood, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.

Note: It is forbidden to use anise, cinnamon, pepper, clove and other aromatic substances in the production process.

Second, Agaricus blazei Mushroom Tomato Noodles

Ingredients: dried Agaricus blazei (20g), tomato (250g), dried noodles 100g, salt, a little peanut oil.

Exercise:

1. Wash Agaricus blazei Murill and soak it in 300ml water for two hours (suitable for the elderly to cut Agaricus blazei Murill into oblique shreds). Don't throw away the water soaked in Agaricus blazei, keep it well.

2. Wash and cut tomatoes for later use.

3. Add a little peanut oil to the wok, heat it, add diced tomatoes and stir fry.

4. Put shredded Agaricus blazei into the pot and add the water soaked by Agaricus blazei. Add water to 3000 ml.

Third, cabbage and mushroom pot

Ingredients: 20g of Agaricus blazei Murill, 20g of Lentinus edodes, 50g of bamboo shoots, 300g of Chinese cabbage, 50g of pork belly, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, appropriate amount of salt, 500ml of broth.

Accessories: 9 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 6 Chinese dates and 6 grams of Lycium barbarum.

Exercise:

1. Wash Agaricus blazei and Lentinus edodes in water for three hours. Do not discard the water soaked in Agaricus blazei and Lentinus edodes, and keep it well.

2. Wash bamboo shoots, onions and ginger; Wash Chinese cabbage and cut into pieces; Slice or cut pork belly.

3. Put all the raw materials into the casserole, and add the soaked mushroom water and broth.

4. After stewing for 30 minutes, turn off the fire. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
