The practice of steamed bread

Brush a layer of oil on the steamer, add the kneaded steamed bread embryo, add water, heat to about 40℃, cover the steamer and wake up for 20 minutes. Method for making steamed bread

Prepare ingredients: low-gluten flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

1. After the yeast is melted with water, it is fully kneaded with proper amount of flour, sugar and salt to form a smooth dough.

2. Sprinkle a proper amount of flour on the chopping board, divide the dough into several small doughs, and then round the small doughs into steamed bread embryos.

4. After waking up twice, add cold water to the steamer, then steam the steamed bread for 20 minutes, turn off the fire, wait for 3 minutes after turning off the fire, and then open the pot. Simple and delicious steamed bread is ready.
