Design of dry coal shed

The dry coal shed of Yahekou Power Plant in Henan Province has a design span of 108m, a length of 90m and a height of 38.766m It is a three-core cylindrical coal shed structure with the largest span in Asia. The structure has large span, high vector and difficult construction. It is a brand-new construction method to adopt the integral lifting construction technology of cylindrical reticulated shell structure in reticulated shell construction. The core idea of "folding and unfolding" integral lifting construction technology is the concept of mechanism movement. Changing the structure into a mechanism, and then changing the mechanism into a bearing structure, can be achieved only by disassembling a few parts. As long as the gravity of the mechanism is overcome, it can move flexibly in a large range and will not have a great influence on the internal stress state of the structure. The lifting process is a process of mechanism movement, which is the essential difference between this method and the general grid and reticulated shell lifting (jacking) method, and also the sublimation of the whole lifting concept.
