Each athlete can apply for boxing, short equipment, long equipment and sparring. All individual events are limited to two men and two women, and sparring is limited to one pair of men and women.

Nine. Conditions for athletes to participate in the competition

(a) athletes must abide by the code of conduct for middle school students, pass the cultural examination, and have China nationality and official school status (including ordinary vocational schools, excluding secondary technical and professional schools).

(2) The athlete has been examined by the hospital and proved to be in good health, and the school where he works has issued a certificate that the athlete is suitable to participate in the competition of his registered project.

(3) Athletes born after 1 September 1992 1 day (including those born on1day).

(4) Athletes participating in the competition must produce the second-generation Resident Identity Card of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government they represent before being allowed to participate in the competition.

2. Swimming: Athletes who have participated in the following competitions are only allowed to sign up for Group B competitions. ..

3. Table tennis: Athletes who have participated in the following competitions are only allowed to sign up for Group B competitions.

National Games, National Table Tennis Championships, Super League of China Table Tennis Club, League A and League B of China Table Tennis Club and professional competitions organized by professional clubs in other countries and regions. Those who have not participated in the above competitions can sign up for the competition in Group A. ..

Swimmers and table tennis players are only allowed to register for one group.

(8) athlete registration:

X. qualification examination

(a) in order to correct the style of competition, reflect the guiding ideology of holding student sports meetings to highlight educational characteristics and educate people, local education administrative departments should carefully examine the qualifications of athletes who sign up for the competition, strictly control them in accordance with these Provisions, and put an end to fraud and impersonation.

(2) The "Discipline and Qualification Supervision Committee" was established in the 11th National Middle School Games. Responsible for the discipline and qualification examination of participating athletes. The decision of the Disciplinary and Qualification Supervision Committee is final.

(III) When applying for registration, all units must mail the Registration Form and the Qualification Examination Form for Athletes, as well as the health certificate issued by the school that athletes are suitable for participating in the reported events, subject to the local postmark date (see XVI. The date, method and date of registration are specified in these Provisions), and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

(4) The "Discipline and Qualification Supervision Committee" will organize and transfer some athletes to take the pre-competition cultural examination. Those who do not take the test or whose test scores fail to meet the specified requirements shall not take part in the competition. The contents of the exam are foreign languages and mathematics.

(five) athletes and sports teams that violate the qualifications shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Regulations on Disciplinary Actions in Student Sports Competitions (Trial).

(six) the athletes who take part in the competition as an impostor are individual events, and their competition results and rankings are cancelled; If it is a collective project, the team's competition results and ranking will be cancelled, and 20 points will be deducted from the total score of its delegation according to the number of impostor athletes, and the responsibility of the first responsible person of the sports department (education commission) of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government where the athletes are located will be investigated and notified to the whole country.

(7) After the deadline for each registration (including the first, second and third registration), the organizer will register the entries of all participating units in the school sports competition registration management system (Education Network: 202.205. 109. 196 Netcom/Telecom: 265438+) within 65,438 working days. During the publicity period, the "Discipline and Qualification Supervision Committee" will accept complaints from participating units about the publicity of athletes' qualifications.

XI。 Competition method

Track and field, swimming

1. The latest track and field competition rules, swimming competition rules and relevant supplementary regulations approved by China Athletics Association and Swimming Association shall be implemented in track and field and swimming events.

2. If the number of applicants is less than 3, the competition of the project will be cancelled (the applicants can be notified in advance).

3. Track and field events decide the number of competitions and whether to pass the competition according to the number of applicants.

(2) Basketball, volleyball and football

1. Rules and regulations of the preliminaries

Basketball, volleyball and football won the top 9 teams in the men's and women's preliminaries respectively, and teams from Hong Kong, Macao and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Hong Kong, Macao and Inner Mongolia did not participate in the preliminaries) *** 12 entered the finals. The preliminaries will be arranged from June 20th10 to April 20th10, organized by China Middle School Sports Association.

2. Competition method in the final stage

The final is divided into two stages.

The first stage: according to the ranking obtained in the preliminaries, according to the method of "snake arrangement", the group is divided into two groups, A and B, and the ranking in the group is discharged according to the points (Hong Kong, Macao and Inner Mongolia are tied with the team that won the ninth place in the preliminaries, and the fifth and sixth places in the two groups are decided by lottery). The competition was arranged according to Berger's arrangement method.

The second stage: the top four teams in the first stage of each group cross-eliminated; 1 and two teams compete for 1-4 places, A 1-B2 and A2-B1; Teams that win 3 or 4 places in the group compete for 5-8 places, A3-B4, A4-B3; Teams that finish fifth or sixth in the group will compete for 9- 12 places.

3. The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the latest basketball competition rules, volleyball competition rules and football competition rules approved by China Basketball Association, China Volleyball Association and Chinese Football Association (special provisions shall be notified separately).

4. Hierarchy method

(1) Basketball match

In the first stage of the group single round robin, the ranking within the group is arranged according to the competition points. Win a game with 2 points and lose a game 1 point; If the scores of the two teams are equal, the ranking will be determined by the competition results of the two teams; If there are more than three teams with equal points, the ranking will be decided according to the number of winners and losers of the teams with equal points, with the winner ranking first; If they are still equal, the ranking of the round robin will be determined according to the gain and loss rate (gain and loss rate = sum of scores/sum of lost points), and the one with higher gain and loss rate will be ranked first.

(2) Volleyball competition

In the first stage of the group single round robin, the ranking within the group is arranged according to the points. If you win a game, you will get 2 points; if you lose a game, you will get 1 point, and those with more points will rank first. If two or more teams have equal points, the ranking will be determined as follows: z value =X (total score) /Y (total score lost), and the team with the highest z value ranks first. If the z values are still equal, the following methods are adopted: c value =A (total wins) /B (total negative numbers), and the highest c value ranks first. If the c values are still equal, the ranking will be decided according to the winning or losing relationship of the relevant teams.

(3) Football match

① The duration of each game is 80 minutes (40 minutes in the first half and 40 minutes in the second half, with intermission 15 minutes).

② Seven substitute athletes are allowed to fill in each competition, but only five athletes can be substituted.

(3) If every game must be decided, then the game will be a draw after 80 minutes, and there will be no overtime, and the outcome will be decided directly by mutual penalty kicks.

(4) Group single cycle ranking method

& lt 1 & gt； Each team wins a game with 3 points, draws a game 1 point, and loses a game with 0 points. The ranking is determined by the number of points in all round robin matches, and the points rank first.

& lt2> If two or more teams score equally, they will rank first in the following order:

& shy; Teams with equal points have more points in mutual competition; Teams with equal points have more goal difference in each other's games; The score is equal to the sum of the goals scored by each team in the opponent's game; There are many goal difference in the whole round of round robin; The total number of goals in the whole round of round robin is more; If all the above are equal, the winner will be decided by drawing lots.

(3) table tennis

1. The first stage of the men's and women's team competition is a single round robin, and the second stage is a knockout.

2. The team competition adopts the best-of-five system, and each competition adopts the best-of-five system.

3. The elimination system is adopted in individual events.

4. The seed teams and seed players shall be determined by the organizers (specific measures shall be notified separately).

5. The latest table tennis rules approved by China Table Tennis Association shall be implemented in the competition.

(4) Wushu

After the Wushu lottery, arrange each individual athlete to play in order. The China National Games Wushu Competition adopts the latest Wushu competition rules formulated by the Wushu Management Center of the State Sports General Administration, and implements the following provisions:

1. Athletes can choose up to five A-level difficult movements in three different categories for A-level difficulty (balance, leg, jumping and falling).

2. The difficulty of the same technical type can only be counted twice in the whole set of movements.

3. Clothing and equipment are not required in this competition, and there is music accompaniment (there is no music accompaniment in the training program).

4. The main action content and general action content in routine competition are not required.

5. Each participating unit of Wushu competition must print the difficulty table (indicating the difficulty score) in duplicate (see attached table 15-02) and mail it to the Competition Department of China Middle School Sports Association (Room 602, Building 4, Shangdi Science and Technology Building, No.8 Shangdi West Road, Haidian District, Beijing) before 20 1 1. (5) Aerobics

Men's single aerobics, women's single aerobics, mixed double aerobics, three-person aerobics and six-person aerobics competitions shall be governed by the Rules of Competitive Aerobics Competition 2009-20 12 formulated by the Aerobics Committee of the International Gymnastics Federation and its special provisions on the difficulty requirements of the international II age group.

2. Team competition

Men's single gymnastics, women's single gymnastics, mixed double gymnastics, three-person gymnastics and six-person gymnastics were held separately. According to the sum of the results of each unit participating in the individual preliminaries, the results of the team competition are calculated and the ranking of the team competition is decided.

3. Personal projects

In the team competition, the top 8 athletes (teams) in each individual event can participate in the finals of the corresponding individual event. The ranking of athletes (teams) is determined by the individual final results, with the highest score ranking first. If the scores are equal, they shall be determined in the order of completion score, art score and difficulty score, with the highest score ranking first. If they are still equal, the rankings are tied and the next ranking is vacant.

(6) Shuttlecock

1. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the latest shuttlecock competition rules approved by China Shuttlecock Association.

2. The game adopts the scoring system of two wins in three games and one goal each.

3. Single and double competitions adopt elimination system and elimination system play-offs. If the number of applicants is less than 8, the single round robin system will be adopted.

Each team should wear uniform sportswear and sports shoes.

The team competition is divided into two stages. In the first stage, according to the number of participating teams, a single round robin was held, and in the second stage, cross elimination and play-offs were conducted to determine the top eight. If there are less than 8 teams, the ranking will be decided by single round robin. 1. Each individual event will be admitted to the top 8 according to the results, and the events with less than 8 participants (teams) will be ranked according to the actual number of participants (teams).

2. The top 8 athletes in each individual event will be scored according to 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (double relay event and track and field all-around event). 9 points will be added for those who break the highest record in the National Middle School Games, and 18 points will be added for those who break the highest record in the country (at the same time, those who break the highest record in the country and the National Middle School Games will only count as one highest). In the same project, those who break the same record for many times in a row will only be rewarded once.

3. According to the sum of the athletes' ranking scores and record-breaking points in each unit, the top 8 men's total scores, women's total scores and men's and women's total scores were admitted respectively; If the points are equal, the record-breaking events (people and times) rank first; If it is still equal, the first place ranks first, and so on.

Trophies will be awarded to each top 8 sports team.

The top three athletes in each category will receive medals, and the top eight athletes will receive certificates of achievement.

(2) Basketball, volleyball and football

1. Admission ranking: the top 8 men and women are admitted separately.

2. Awards: The top 8 sports teams will issue trophies, the top 3 athletes will issue medals and the top 8 athletes will issue performance certificates.

1. Admission ranking: Team events and individual events are admitted to the top 8 respectively, and events with less than 8 participants (teams) are admitted according to the actual number of participants (teams).

2. Reward:

(1) The trophy will be awarded to the team that finished 8th in the team competition.

(4) Wushu

1. Boxing category: Changquan, Nanquan and Tai Ji Chuan, the top 8 are admitted and rewarded by men and women respectively;

3. Long equipment category: the top 8 men and women in each event of guns and clubs are admitted and rewarded;

4. Training program: the top 8 students are admitted and rewarded;

5. Projects with less than 8 applicants (teams) for the above projects will be admitted according to the actual number of participants (teams).

6. Reward the men's total score, women's total score and the top 8 teams of martial arts groups (men and women) according to the results.

7. The calculation method of team total score is based on the ranking of athletes of each team in each individual competition, with 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 respectively, and the score with more points ranks first. If the scores are equal, the first place ranks first, and so on.

8. Awarding medals (trophies) to the athletes (teams) who have won the top three points in individual competitions and team scores; The top 8 athletes (teams) will issue performance certificates.

(3) Scoring of table tennis, martial arts, aerobics and shuttlecock events: those who win the rankings in each individual event will be scored according to the corresponding rankings of track and field events; Table tennis, shuttlecock men's and women's team events and aerobics team events are scored according to the corresponding ranking score of track and field relay events (that is, the relay event score is doubled); The above results are included in the total score of the delegation.

2. Second registration (basketball, volleyball, football preliminaries)

The second registration shall be conducted according to the requirements of this regulation and the relevant requirements in the preliminary rules formulated and issued by China Middle School Students Sports Association.

3. Third registration:

Application form for teams (players) of track and field, swimming, martial arts, table tennis, aerobics and shuttlecock. And send the application form of regimental headquarters members in duplicate to the China Middle School Sports Association (the address is the same as the first registration) and the Health Certificate issued by the School of the Preparatory Committee Office of the 11th National Middle School Games of Baotou Education Bureau (the address is the same), and send it to the China Middle School Sports Association before 20 1 10 (the address is the same as the first registration).

When filling in the application form, each delegation should print it by computer and attach a two-inch bareheaded photo of the China Universiade to all the delegation members (including the regimental headquarters, athletes, team leaders and coaches). Express delivery to the office of the Preparatory Committee of the 11th National Middle School Games of Baotou Education Bureau (address: same as above, subject to the local postmark). Once registered, it cannot be changed.

Every registration (including the first, second and third time), if the delegation fails to submit the registration materials as required, it will be regarded as incomplete registration procedures, and the organizer will not accept the registration and will not publicize it. Athletes who have not made public the registration form are not allowed to participate in the competition.

(2) Date of registration

1. The technical representative, the chairman of the arbitration commission and the referee shall report 3 days before the official competition.

2. Technical officials, members of the Arbitration Commission and referees should report 2 days before the official competition.

3. Athletes, coaches, team leaders and members of regimental headquarters should report 2 days before the official competition (the specific reporting date will be notified separately).

Athletes are required to submit student ID cards, student athlete registration cards, second-generation resident ID cards and personal accident insurance certificates when reporting for duty. Those with incomplete or inconsistent above documents are not allowed to participate in the competition.

4. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the Chinese Games, all delegations are required to pay the "mortgage deposit" 10000 yuan to the organizing committee at the time of registration.

Seventeen. Selection of technical representatives, arbitrators and referees

Technical representatives, arbitrators, chief referees and deputy referees of track and field and swimming events, chief referees of various ministries and commissions and referees of track and field race walking events, and referees, deputy referees and chief referees of ball events are all selected by the organizer. The rest of the judges are selected by the organizer.

Eighteen. bankroll

1. In the preliminaries and finals, when each team reports for duty, each person will pay 75 yuan's food and accommodation expenses to the conference every day, and the insufficient part will be subsidized by the competition;

2. The travel expenses of technical representatives, arbitration commissioners and referees selected by the organizer shall be borne by the organizer.

Nineteen. others

(1) All athletes, coaches, team leaders and members of the regimental headquarters who participate in the preliminaries and finals of the National Middle School Games must apply for the "personal accident insurance" in the insurance company where the participating delegations (teams) are located (including round-trip competition areas, on the way and during the competition), and all units must submit insurance documents to the Organizing Committee when reporting. Units and personnel who have not applied for insurance are not allowed to participate in the competition.

(2) Athletes will be tested for doping during the Games, and violators will be subject to the Anti-Doping Regulations.
