Now, because of its delicious and changeable style, there are many different cooking methods for streaky chicken, such as casserole and hot pot.

Specific steps:

1. First, wash the pork belly carefully, smear it on both sides of the pork belly with flour and vinegar, wipe off the mucus and stolen goods on the pork belly by hand, then rinse it with clear water and wash it repeatedly for two or three times until the water is clear and free of impurities.

2. After the pork belly is washed, soak it in vinegar, salt and cooking wine for ten minutes, and the seasoning will not pass the pork belly.

3. Wash the fresh chicken, boil a pot of boiling water, then blanch the chicken in boiling water to remove floating foam and oil residue, then rinse the chicken with cold water and cut it into small pieces suitable for eating.

4. Put red dates, medlar, peppers and diced chicken into the pig's belly and seal the opening with a toothpick.

5. Take a casserole and boil it in water. Add the prepared pork belly chicken, add a few slices of ginger and a proper amount of cooking wine to cook. During this period, use a spoon to remove the floating foam and oil residue on the surface.

6. When the pig's belly expands due to heat and the floating foam no longer overflows, take out the pig's belly chicken, pour out the raw water, and add fresh water until the pig's belly no longer overflows; Add other ingredients, such as mushrooms, yuba, onions, etc. Bring to a boil with a big fire.

7. After the fire boils, turn to low heat, add pepper and salt to taste, and continue to cook.

8. Take out the whole streaky chicken, cool it and cut it into small pieces; Divide into two parts, one part is put into the soup to continue cooking, and the other part can be eaten as a vegetable dip.
