Ms. Ye has more than ten years of experience in teaching and imparting yoga, and also practiced artistic gymnastics since childhood, is a national-level athlete and referee, has a deep understanding of imported yoga, but also very familiar with the traditional Chinese health movement, and is compiling a book on traditional health movement. No less than 30 kinds of qigong exercises, such as "Yangsheng", "Guiding", "Tuna", "Shouyi" and so on, are the ancient names of qigong, although they are the same as "Guiding". Although "qigong" seems to be more popular than "guiding" and "tui na", it is also more likely to cause some misunderstandings, so now the state is vigorously promoting the following "

The introduction of qigong, the art of guiding, is more in line with the needs of the times.

Guiding, meaning "guiding qi to make and lead the body to make soft" meaning. Guiding art is the body movement, breathing movement and the idea of movement of the three organic combination to exercise the human body functions, and yoga, regulating the body, regulating the breath, regulating the heart has the same flavor. Yoga and Guiding are both modern methods of health maintenance, suitable for the general public, and practitioners are free to choose according to their own age, experience, and hobbies. Any kind of practice is to make us healthier, have a high quality of life, and make the process of life more colorful.
