Which nation's traditional food is Shaqima?
Shaqima is a traditional Manchu food. Saqima (also known as Saqima) is a famous palace attraction in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was spread by ethnic minorities in China. It tastes soft and sweet, golden in color, sweet but not greasy. Instant in the mouth, rich in flavor and rich in nutrition! It's Manchu, and Saqima is a transliteration of Manchu, which means "the dog's chest is dipped in sugar". The practice of "Saqima" is to mix flour with egg white, milk and sugar into a paste, put it in an oil pan and fry it into vermicelli-like things with a spoon, then press it with honey in a mold, steam it a little, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds or melon seeds and moss, and cut it into long strips with a knife.
