1. Introduction

Tai Ji Chuan is an important part of China's excellent traditional culture. Tai Ji Chuan's movements are generous, gentle and slow, and both rigid and soft. It is a popular fitness exercise, which plays a special role in fitness and health. It can regulate people's body and mind, make people feel happy and calm, at the same time, it can also improve people's immunity and physique, and make people healthy and live longer. It is precisely because of Tai Ji Chuan's magical health-preserving effect that he is deeply loved by people, so Tai Ji Chuan is included in the syllabus of colleges and universities, even as a compulsory subject. This paper studies the teaching methods of Tai Ji Chuan in colleges and universities, summarizes the shortcomings of traditional Tai Ji Chuan teaching methods, and improves Tai Ji Chuan's teaching methods, so that non-physical education majors in colleges and universities can also have a strong interest in Tai Ji Chuan.

2. Ways to cultivate students' interest in learning Tai Ji Chuan.

2. 1 Strengthen the explanation of teaching content

Teach the purpose and significance of learning Tai Ji Chuan, and strengthen students' sense of urgency and responsibility in the learning process. Introduce the concept, characteristics and functions of Tai Ji Chuan to students; Explain to the students the development prospect and situation of Tai Ji Chuan Movement at home and abroad. When students' interests are consistent with their own ideals and goals, they have a sense of urgency and responsibility, which can promote students' continuous and in-depth learning. The formation of learning interest depends on the depth and breadth of knowledge. The more and deeper knowledge students have, the stronger their interest in learning.

2.2 Increase the expansion of teaching content

While explaining the essentials and norms of action, the meaning of attack and defense is analyzed in combination with the purpose, so that students can deeply understand the connotation and essence of action, quickly master the action technology and cultivate martial arts consciousness. When students know the meaning of attack and defense, they will know the purpose of the action, and let them know that Tai Ji Chuan is not only used for physical exercise, but also for self-defense. Tai Chi Chuan? Four pounds? You can also beat each other in martial arts, so that students have a strong interest in Tai Ji Chuan's study.

2.3 improve the teaching environment

Teachers should adjust measures to local conditions, don't always teach in the same teaching place, and make full use of existing resources for teaching. This will have a great attraction to students and multiply their curiosity. For example, multimedia, video, projection and other modern teaching media are involved. Because multimedia teaching is intuitive, vivid and infectious, multimedia courseware made by computer can show students the technical links that teachers can't clearly demonstrate, stimulate students' desire for knowledge and make students actively participate in the teaching process.

2.4 Create a classroom atmosphere

In the boring classroom in Tai Ji Chuan, we can appropriately increase activities such as group competitions and games, which can play a role in pleasing body and mind and regulating emotions. In a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, students can maintain psychological balance and promote their learning mood to be in a moderately excited state. Students think this is a pleasant and relaxed course, and creating a good classroom atmosphere can stimulate students' spirit and emotion and stimulate their interest in learning.

3. Effective teaching methods to improve the quality of courses in Tai Ji Chuan.

3. 1 The center of gravity is high first and then low.

Tai Ji Chuan has many steps, requires a low center of gravity, and does not feel ups and downs. Students with different quality levels and insufficient lower limb strength will change their movements and make their learning movements invisible. Therefore, we can practice by raising the center of gravity and not changing the pace in teaching. Students can feel the strength of lower limbs, concentrate on practicing movements, and experience Tai Ji Chuan's movements and other technical skills. After the students master the movements, the teacher will demonstrate in a standard posture, emphasizing lowering the center of gravity, keeping the pace in place, and distinguishing between the virtual and the real, so as to meet the requirements of the Tai Ji Chuan movement for the balance of the center of gravity.

3.2 The speed is fast first and then slow.

Tai Ji Chuan movement is characterized by uniform and slow speed. In the teaching of Tai Ji Chuan, the tight teaching time is a major disadvantage, so if you want to master it completely in a short time, you should adopt the teaching arrangement of "fast first, then slow". It can not only improve learning efficiency, but also satisfy students' personality characteristics and overcome impatience. After teaching the full set of movements, make a full set of demonstrations according to the characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan movement, and lead the students to slow down and practice repeatedly to achieve mastery.

3.3 explanation and demonstration

It is necessary to explain the importance of practicing Tai Ji Chuan in a targeted way, so that students can understand that Tai Ji Chuan is not only a sport, but also a culture. It not only has exquisite and unique skills, but also contains extremely profound philosophy, which is an excellent cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. Stimulate students' awareness of autonomous learning through spiritual, cultural and physical education.

During training, due to the change of movement route and position, teachers should change their positions at any time and stand in the best position of students' vision. We should not only have correct posture for students to imitate exercises, but also appropriately change the demonstration methods, such as mirror demonstration, side demonstration, back demonstration, decomposition demonstration, etc., so that students can understand the direction, route and coordination of upper and lower limbs and master the movements faster and better. Teachers' correct demonstration and reasonable demonstration position will directly affect students' learning status in Tai Ji Chuan.

3.4 The application of mindfulness training in Tai Ji Chuan teaching.

Forgetting will induce a bad psychological state, and students will easily lose their confidence in learning, which will lead to less and less interest in Tai Ji Chuan. Mindfulness training is an effective way to consolidate memory, because meditation training strengthens the trace of Taiji transmission in the cerebral cortex nervous system through the mental activity of the brain, thus achieving the function of consolidating memory. Often organize students to form learned action names and routines in their minds? Appearance? , so that students can quickly master Tai Ji Chuan.

3.5 The flexible use of boxing proverbs in Tai Ji Chuan's teaching.

There are many proverbs in Wushu, which reveal the basic elements and laws of this sport. Like what? Hands never leave your mouth? 、? Practice for one day, not ten days a day? Wait a minute. Teachers should use proverbs in the teaching process, point out clear goals for students and master correct practice methods. In a word, in the teaching process of Tai Ji Chuan, using scientific teaching methods not only improves the teaching quality of Tai Ji Chuan, but also makes students fully understand the essence of Tai Ji Chuan culture and the characteristics and laws of its action routines, which is of great help for students to master the essentials and application of Tai Ji Chuan's actions as soon as possible.

3.6 Strengthen students' ability to remember actions.

On the basis of analyzing Tai Ji Chuan's technical characteristics and methods, we should strengthen our understanding of Tai Ji Chuan's unique sports characteristics, combine various methods to strengthen Tai Ji Chuan's study, master Tai Ji Chuan's technical characteristics such as physical and mental relaxation, waist-centered, slow and even movements, and strengthen students' learning ability of Tai Ji Chuan's action memory by associating actions, understanding offensive and defensive meanings, summarizing action essentials, performing competitions and listening to music.

4. Conclusion

4. 1 In the teaching process, while paying attention to the students' systematic health, we should pay attention to improving students' interest and initiative, let students actively integrate into the classroom, and regard learning Tai Ji Chuan as their own interest, not just coping with learning.

4.2 Teachers should establish a good relationship with students in the teaching process, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and establish different evaluation criteria due to different qualities of students.

4.3 Teachers' earnest attitude in the teaching process can expand students' knowledge, innovative models can fully mobilize students' enthusiasm, and proper oral expression and reasonable demonstration can deepen students' interest in learning.
